Neeta Das has over 30 years of experience working within the field of developmental disabilities and is the founder and president of Progressive Comprehensive Services LLC (which began as Progressive Management Services in 1998). She has a Master's degree in social work and is a licensed clinical social worker.
For the past 15 years she has provided care coordination services (support broker services). She has facilitated and provided opportunities to individuals with developmental and mental disabilities with the specific goal of helping them live meaningful, independent, and integrated lives in their communities.
She has provided counseling, support, and training to families and assisted in developing plans of care, identifying resources, consultation, and referral services. She has provided trainings in person-centered planning for the state of New Jersey, as well as internationally.
Prior to 1998, Ms. Das worked for 15 years for the State of New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities in various capacities. She also worked for a provider agency for two years as their Director of Day Program Services and provided consultation and assistance in the development of several residential and day services.
